Tommi's Burger Joint

Tommi's burger joint is a great little place on Thayer Street which serves up good wholesome burgers, crisp french fries and nothing else! A new Tommi's recently opened on Kings road so I decided to go and check it out.

The place has a really cute and rustic feel, with fairy lights wrapped around pipes, the menu written on cardboard and those classic american diner napkin dispensers on every table. Its a very casual place, making it perfecto for lunch or just a nice dinner with friends.

The Menu itself has literally about four things in total, but I think that keeping it simple is the best way to go with a burger joint ;) I went for the offer of the century, because it really is THE OFFER OF THE CENTURY...jks. But if you want a burger and fries then you may as well go for it.

Mmmmmm ... just look and those crisp and salty fries, perfect dunked into some tomato-mayo. At tommi's they have a bar with various sauces which you can ix and match or just take as much as you want of each one. What's your favourite condiment?
The burger was a combination of crunchy lettuce, juicy tomato, creamy melted cheese, a succulent and great quality minced steak all sandwiched in a soft bun. Perfection. I say minced steak because that's what it is, rather than a burger, as you eat it you actually find yourself eating larger chunks of meat.

Check Tommi's out on their website and I'm sure you'll be seeing more of them popping up all over the place.
